Darrel D. Baisch

Milwaukie resident, Darrel Baisch, died July 19, 2024. He was 86.

 A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

Darrel Duane Baisch was born July 12, 1938 in Oregon City, OR to Otto and Leah (Eckert) Baisch. He was raised in West Linn and graduated from West Linn High School. For most of his working career, Darrel worked as a machinist doing pipe coating. He also worked at Sears for 26 years. On September 23, 1974, he married Chris.

Darrel enjoyed reading, playing his harmonica, going to church. He was baptized on February 14, 2016, with his wife.

 He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Richard; his brother, Robert (Whitey); step-daughter, Melinda, in 2012; and daughter, Melanie, in 2016.

 Survivors include his wife, Chris; son, Daniel; step-son, Michael; step-daughter, Kim; and 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
