Longtime Estacada resident, 40 year old Frank Kelley, passed on December 24, 2023. He was a beloved Husband, Father, Son, Brother, Uncle and Friend.
Frank James Kelley was born February 14, 1983, in Coos Bay, Oregon to Frank and Jane Kelley. In 1991 his family moved to Estacada where he graduated from Estacada High School in 2001, he then enlisted into the US Army Airborne Division. Frank was devoted to fighting for his country and that devotion and duty never waivered even after he was discharged. Frank then attended Clackamas Community College and committed the last 9 years working at Orchid Orthopedics.
On September 27, 2008 Frank married Trena Strickland at Metzler Park and over the last 15 years created a beautiful family that he was dedicated to. Whether he was on the floor wrestling with his boys or taking his daughter camping, he was present and made sure that between him and Trena their children felt loved.
Frank loved the Lord and was certainly a man his family could count on and be proud of. When he wasn’t with them, although sometimes it included them, he enjoyed hunting, shooting, camping, hiking, gold panning and being outdoors.
Survivors include his wife, Trena Kelley; 8 year old daughter, Kambria Louise; 4 year old twin sons, Selleck Frank and Zayden James Kelley; parents, Frank and Jane Kelley; sister Sarah Kelley Ford; brother, Matthew Frank Kelley, 4 Nieces, 4 Nephews 1 great nephew and 1 great niece.
